To approve, award and enter into a new contract with UK Media UK for Advertising of Calne Community Campus for 1 year (12 months) with extension for 1 year (12 month)

Reasons for the decision

The payment will provide Wiltshire?Council with?direct advertising for Calne Community Campus at a local Asda facility.

The leisure marketing budget will cover the costs for the service.

The contract is set for 1 year in length, however if a second year is not required notification must be sent via Recorded Delivery within 6 months of the date of the initial agreement.

Leisure could chose not to advert the leisure facility ?

Reason for rejection - Leisure?are?constantly wanting to improve the advertising and marketing reach of their facilities, and this would be a test to see how effective local community advertising is
