Purpose

To approve that the freehold of
the Down Cemetery is transferred to Trowbridge Town Council as soon
as reasonably practicable.
 
This was previously approved as
part of Cabinet Member decision HSAAT-01-23, however it was not
possible to effect the transfer by the transfer date of 1 April
2024 proscribed in that decision.

I approve
that the freehold of the Down Cemetery, Trowbridge,
is transferred to Trowbridge Town Council, as soon as is
reasonably practicable. 
 
This decision was
made on 1 July 2024,
and will come into effect
on9 July
2024.
