Manton, Marlborough.

Recommend the making
of the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) for the advertised
proposal.

advised accordingly.
 
 
This decision was published on 13 August
2024 and will come into force on 21 August 2024.             

Reasons for the decision

The proposal is intended to improve road and pedestrian
safety and to reduce concerns of safety expressed by Marlborough
Town Council.
 
The proposal has the support of the locally elected
members, both Wiltshire Council and Marlborough Town Council, Local
Highway Footway Improvement Group and Area Board. 
 
The comments set out in Appendix 2 on the objections
received indicate that it is considered appropriate to introduce
the scheme.

proposals as advertised.
 
(ii)       Not implement the
proposals.
