To:
 
(i)         Consider
comments received to the advertised proposals for an extended 40mph
speed limit at Free’s Avenue, Marlborough.
 
(ii)        Recommend the
re-advert of the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) with amendments to
the original advertised proposal.
