This sub-committee was responsible for hearing and deciding on individual cases referred by the Council's Monitoring Officer concerning the Code of Conduct or Local Protocols. It also made recommendations to the Standards Committee regarding potential changes to Local Protocols or practices that arose from these individual cases. This committee is now discontinued.
