1.       That the Bird Aware
Partnership's revised strategy and supporting financial model be
noted and endorsed.

2.       That authority be
given to the Strategic Director to approve updates to Appendix B
financial model of the revised strategy, as required by emerging
guidance, caselaw and local circumstances.

3.       That authority be
given to the Strategic Director to approve updates to the financial
model as required by operational need and market
influences.
