Decision

1.           
That the Local Enforcement Plan (2025), as set out in Appendix 1 of
the report, is adopted; and
 
2.           
That any minor typographical errors and updates to national
legislation/guidance be delegated to the Corporate Head of Planning
and Regulatory Services to make to the document, in consultation
with the Cabinet Member for Place and Local Plan.
