To approve HRA capital expenditure of up to £250,000 for approximately 50 loft insulation top-ups to the council’s social housing stock using the approved

retrofit budget. The works to be part funded by the government’s Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund grant (up to £238,000) with the balance from the HRA. The contract will be assigned to Synergize Ltd. following an open tender using the EEM Framework.
