Decision

1. That a governing body response from Member Responsible for Complaints be provided to the annual self assessment and annual complaint performance and improvement plan.
2. That the assessment of compliance against the Handling Code in the self assessment for 2025/26 be noted.
3. That the annual complaint handling performance for 2025/26 be noted.
4. That the progress against the complaint handling improvement plan priorities  from last year’s submission be noted.
