Decision

1. That the Housing Services, Decant Management Policy for 2026 –          2029, be approved.
2. That delegated authority be granted to the Corporate Head of Housing,         to make minor operational, legislative or formatting amendments           during the review period where these do not materially alter the policy's    purpose or resident offer.
