Decision

1. That the Homeownership Major Works and Section 20 Consultations Policy 2026–2029 be approved.
2. That delegated authority be granted to the Corporate Head of Housing to make minor operational, legislative, case-law or formatting amendments during the review period, provided these do not materially alter the policy’s purpose, statutory safeguards or resident commitments.
