Decision

1. That the Managing Communal Areas Policy 2026-2029 be approved.
2. That delegated authority be granted to the Corporate Head of Housing,         to make minor operational, legislative or formatting amendments during           the review period where these do not materially alter the policy's safety    requirements, purpose or resident safeguards.
