Decision

1.      
That the progress achieved during Q4 of 2023/24 be
noted and the contents of the report CAB3457 be
endorsed.

2.      
That the performance measures
in Appendix 4 of report CAB3457 be adopted as the strategic key
performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against the
Council Plan 2020 to 2025 from 1 April 2024.
