Programme: Place, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Climate Emergency, to agree tender documents and to seek tenders
for a new contract for a phone payment system provider.

That the contract period be agreed for four years,
with the opportunity for an extension of one year.

Climate Emergency, to enter into a
contract with the successful bidder.
