Joint Strategic Commissioning Board Sub-Committee

The Joint Strategic Commissioning Board Sub-Committee is a group of members from the Adult Social Care and Public Health Committee, working with NHS representatives. It has delegated authority to make decisions on pooled funding arrangements with the NHS or other government bodies, and on place-based health and care arrangements as required by law.

The sub-committee also oversees the strategic design, quality, and performance of health and care services across Wirral, focusing on their outcomes and quality, within the broader remit of the Adult Social Care and Public Health Committee.
