Purpose

The purpose of this report is to ask for an
extension on the contract for 6 months, and then to procure this in
2025.

Decision

Resolved – That

 
1.
The current contract with Professional Carers Wirral Ltd be
continued for a period of 5 months.

 
2.
A formal tender exercise for a new Mobile Night Service for a
period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years
be commenced.

 
3.
The Director of Adults, Health and Strategic Commissioning be given
authority to award the contract to the highest performing tenderer
following the evaluation of the tender process.
