Purpose

This report seeks approval for the
implementation of several changes to the Property Pool Plus Housing
Allocations Scheme

Decision

Resolved –
That the Director of Regeneration and Place be authorised to
approve the proposed changes to the Housing Allocations Scheme
Policy (Property Pool Plus), as set out in Appendix 1 to this
report subject to, all partner local authorities receiving
appropriate approvals and pending the required IT system updates
which were due to be completed prior to this date.
