Resolved – That

1. 
Selective Licensing be approved to apply in:
 
• Birkenhead Central
(LSOA E01007128 / Wirral 016C);
• Egremont South (LSOA
E01007275 / Wirral 005E);
• Hamilton Square B
(LSOA E01034839/ Wirral 016G);
• Lower Tranmere (LSOA
E01007293/ Wirral 027C);
• Tranmere Lairds (LSOA
E01007291 / Wirral 021D); and
• Tranmere North (LSOA
E01007130 / Wirral 021A).

 
2. 
the Selective Licensing designation for the above six areas be
approved to commence on 1st October 2025 and last until 30th
September 2030; and

 
3. 
the selective licence fee be approved at the rate of
£605.
