Resolved (8:2) - That the Director of Neighbourhood Services be
authorised to implement the design amendments to the New Chester
Road scheme set out as Option 1 within this report, with the
exception of the speed limit review element which would be
considered as part of the forthcoming borough-wide speed limit
review.
