The proposed Liscard Regeneration Programme as set out in
paragraphs 3.9 to 3.22 of the report be approved; and
 

2. 
the Chief Executive be authorised to progress with project
delivery in consultation with the Director of Finance and the Chair
& Party spokespersons of this Committee, and in accordance with
the governance arrangements for the Local Regeneration
Fund.
