Purpose

To present options for day services
re-design to promote independence, inclusion, and wellbeing

Decision

Resolved - That the Director of Adults, and
Strategic Commissioning be authorised to: -

 

1.  Commence a formal
consultation exercise based on the options set out in paragraph 3.9
of this report on the future delivery model of the Council’s
Day service provision in accordance with the principles set out in
appendix 1 of this report; and

2. Bring a further report to this Committee with
recommendations, informed by the formal consultation exercise, for
a preferred option for the future delivery model of the
Council’s Day service provision.
