Resolved – That:

 
1. 
The entering into an agreement pursuant to Section 75 of the
National Health Service 2006 (section 75 agreement) between the
Council and the Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board to
the value of £4,476,735 for the 2025/26 financial year; and
the 2026/27 financial year be approved; and

 
2. 
The Director for Law and Corporate Services be authorised to
enter the associated legal documentation.
