Decision

The Director of Corporate Services has authorised that:

1. The Council enters a contract with the successful bidder, Civica Election Services Limited following participation in a procurement exercise as part of a Merseyside and regional procurement tender, led by Liverpool City Council.to procure a printer for Parliamentary Elections, Combined Authority Elections, Local Council Elections, by-elections and electoral registration printing.
2. the above recommendations are deemed to be urgent and therefore not subject to the procedure for re consideration for the reasons outlined in section 1.4 of the report.
