Purpose

The award of contract for Environmental Enforcement services.

Decision

Resolved that:

The Environment, Climate Emergency and Transport Committee

1. Approves the initiation of a procurement exercise via an open tender process for environmental enforcement services; and
2. Authorises the Director of Corporate Services in consultation with the Chair and Spokespersons of the Committee to award the contract following completion of the procurement process and evaluation to the highest scoring tenderer based on the Most Advantageous Tendered criteria.
