Purpose

This report seeks approval from Pensions Committee for the appointment of a property manager to provide property management services to Merseyside Pension Fund.

Appendix 1 to this report contains exempt information. This is by virtue of paragraph(s) 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of Local Government Act 1972 i.e. information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information).

Resolved – That Pensions Committee approved the appointment of CBRE Ltd pursuant to a contract for a terms of 2 years with 2 options to extend for in each case for a further year as the highest scoring tenderer after a mini procurement exercise conducted pursuant to the Northern LGPS Framework Lot 3 – UK Property Management Mandate for the provision of investment property management services in accordance with the Most Economically Advantageous Tenderer criteria with a minimum contract value of £2,048,680 based on a 4-year term.
