Purpose

This report seeks required authorisation to enable the council to approve additional consultant appointments under Development Management Agreement 4 (DM4) and for Ion Property Developments Ltd (“Ion”) to undertake development management services in respect of the additional appointments.

Decision

The Chief Executive has approved the appointment of Ion Property Developments Ltd to undertake additional consultant commissions to the value of £77,576 which are required to support delivery of the primary enabling works for the Borough Yard scheme via Development Management Agreement 4, taking the overall cost of DM4 to £520,955.
