Resolved – That the Director of Public Health be authorised to:

1. Proceed with a single procurement exercise for ethnic minority services with four service lots as referred to in paragraph 3.9 of the report;
2. Award each lot to the successful tenderer following the tender process in accordance with the Most Advantageous Tender criteria.
