The Interim Director of Children Family and Education has approved the direct award of a contract to Castle Accessible Transport Ltd for Home to Adult Care Centre Transport services as more particularly described in Appendix 1 to this decision notice with a contract period of 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027 with an option to extend up to 31 August 2027 with a contract value of £294,525 based on a maximum 12-month term for the period 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2027.

Decision 2: Home to Adult Care Centre Transport Contract to – Argyle Satellite Ltd - 1 September 2026 - 31 August 2027
The Interim Director of Children Family and Education has approved the direct award of a contract to Argyle Satellite Ltd for Home to Adult Care Centre Transport services as more particularly described in Appendix 1 to this decision notice with a contract period of 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027 with an option to extend up to 31 August 2027 with a contract value of £405,690 based on a maximum 12-month term for the period 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2027.

Decision 3: Home to Adult Care Centre Transport Contract to - 1 September 2026 - 31 August 2027
The Interim Director of Children Family and Education has approved the direct award of a contract to ADT Wirral Ltd for Home to Adult Care Centre Transport services as more particularly described in Appendix 1 to this decision notice with a contract period of 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027 with an option to extend up to 31 August 2027 with a contract value of £444,968 based on a maximum 12-month term for the period 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2027.

The Interim Director of Children Family and Education has approved the direct award of a contract to Peninsula Travel Wirral Ltd for Home to Adult Care Centre Transport services as more particularly described in Appendix 1 to this decision notice with a contract period of 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027 with an option to extend up to 31 August 2027 with a contract value of £114,042 based on a maximum 12-month term for the period 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2027.

The Interim Director of Children Family and Education has approved the direct award of a contract to R O Beck Transport Ltd for Home to Adult Care Centre Transport services as more particularly described in Appendix 1 to this decision notice with a contract period of 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027 with an option to extend up to 31 August 2027 with a contract value of £349,503 based on a maximum 12-month term for the period 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2027.

Decision 6: Home to School Transport Contract to ADT WIRRAL LTD - 1 September 2026 - 31 August 2027
The Interim Director of Children Family and Education has approved the direct award of a contract to ADT Wirral Ltd for Home to School Transport services as more particularly described in paragraph 3.4 of the accompanying report with a contract period of 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027 with an option to extend up to 31 August 2027 with a contract value of £145,798 based on a maximum 12-month term for the period 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2027.

Decision 7: Home to School Transport Contract to APEX MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS LTD - 1 September 2026 - 31 August 2027
The Interim Director of Children Family and Education has approved the direct award of a contract to Apex Management Solutions Ltd for Home to School Transport services as more particularly described in paragraph 3.4 of the accompanying report with a contract period of 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027 with an option to extend up to 31 August 2027 with a contract value of £346,731 based on a maximum 12-month term for the period 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2027.

Decision 8: Home to School Transport Contract to BRITISH BLUE TOURS LTD - 1 September 2026 - 31 August 2027
The Interim Director of Children Family and Education has approved the direct award of a contract to British Blue Tours Ltd for Home to School Transport services as more particularly described in paragraph 3.4 of the accompanying report with a contract period of 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027 with an option to extend up to 31 August 2027 with a contract value of £435,765 based on a maximum 12-month term for the period 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2027.

Decision 9: Home to School Transport Contract to PHIL OWEN (TRADING AS CAVALIER) - 1 September 2026 - 31 August 2027
The Interim Director of Children Family and Education has approved the direct award of a contract to Phil Owen (trading as Cavalier) for Home to School Transport services as more particularly described in paragraph 3.4 of the accompanying report with a contract period of 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027 with an option to extend up to 31 August 2027 with a contract value of £167,600 based on a maximum 12-month term for the period 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2027.

Decision 10: Home to School Transport Contract to FORDIES MINI COACHES LIMITED - 1 September 2026 - 31 August 2027
The Interim Director of Children Family and Education has approved the direct award of a contract to Fordies Mini Coaches Limited for Home to School Transport services as more particularly described in paragraph 3.4 of the accompanying report with a contract period of 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027 with an option to extend up to 31 August 2027 with a contract value of £144,733 based on a maximum 12-month term for the period 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2027.

The Interim Director of Children Family and Education has approved the direct award of a contract to J&K Travel Ltd for Home to School Transport services as more particularly described in paragraph 3.4 of the accompanying report with a contract period of 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027 with an option to extend up to 31 August 2027 with a contract value of £241,395 based on a maximum 12-month term for the period 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2027.
