Decision

Decision 1:

The Interim Director of Children Family and Education has

(1)  approved the direct award of a contract to 24x 7 Cheshire Ltd for Home to School Transport services as more particularly described in paragraph 3.4 of the accompanying report with a contract period of 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027 with an option to extend up to 31 August 2027 with a contract value of £708,615 based on a maximum 12-month term for the period 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2027: and

(2)  deemed the above decision urgent and not subject to the procedure for re-consideration.

Decision 2:

The Interim Director of Children Family and Education has

(1)  approved the direct award of a contract to AIA Ltd for Home to School Transport services as more particularly described in paragraph 3.4 of the accompanying report with a contract period of 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027 with an option to extend up to 31 August 2027 with a contract value of £958,312.50 based on a maximum 12-month term for the period 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2027; and

(2)  deemed the above decision urgent and not subject to the procedure for re-consideration.

Decision 3:

The Interim Director of Children Family and Education has

(1)  approved the direct award of a contract to Argyle Satellite Ltd for Home to School Transport services as more particularly described in paragraph 3.4 of the accompanying report with a contract period of 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027 with an option to extend up to 31 August 2027 with a contract value of £1,252,150 based on a maximum 12-month term for the period 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2027; and

(2)  deemed the above decision urgent and not subject to the procedure for re-consideration.

Decision 4:

The Interim Director of Children Family and Education has

(1)  approved the direct award of a contract to A Team Wirral Ltd for Home to School Transport services as more particularly described in paragraph 3.4 of the accompanying report with a contract period of 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027 with an option to extend up to 31 August 2027 with a contract value of £1,524,193.10 based on a maximum 12-month term for the period 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2027; and

(2)  deemed the above decision urgent and not subject to the procedure for re-consideration

Decision 5:

The Interim Director of Children Family and Education has

(1)  approved the direct award of a contract to Eye Cabs Ltd for Home to School Transport services as more particularly described in paragraph 3.4 of the accompanying report with a contract period of 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027 with an option to extend up to 31 August 2027 with a contract value of £1,093,623 based on a maximum 12-month term for the period 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2027; and

(2)  deem the above decision urgent and not subject to the procedure for re-consideration.

Decision 6:

The Interim Director of Children Family and Education has

(1)  approved the direct award of a contract to George Graham T/A Handy Cars Private Hire Contracts for Home to School Transport services as more particularly described in paragraph 3.4 of the accompanying report with a contract period of 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027 with an option to extend up to 31 August 2027 with a contract value of £792,299 based on a maximum 12-month term for the period 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2027; and

(2)  deemed the above decision urgent and not subject to the procedure for re-consideration.

Decision 7:

The Interim Director of Children Family and Education has

(1)  approved the direct award of a contract to Michael Williams T/A MW Transport for Home to School Transport services as more particularly described in paragraph 3.4 of the accompanying report with a contract period of 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027 with an option to extend up to 31 August 2027 with a contract value of £839,626 based on a maximum 12-month term for the period 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2027; and

(2)   deemed the above decision urgent and not subject to the procedure for re-consideration.

Decision 8:

The Interim Director of Children Family and Education has

(1)  approved the direct award of a contract to Peninsula Travel Wirral Ltd for Home to School Transport services as more particularly described in paragraph 3.4 of the accompanying report with a contract period of 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027 with an option to extend up to 31 August 2027 with a contract value of £1,080,076 based on a maximum 12-month term for the period 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2027; and

(2)  deemed the above decision urgent and not subject to the procedure for re-consideration.

Decision 9:

The Interim Director of Children Family and Education has

(1)  approved the direct award of a contract to R O Beck Transport Ltd for Home to School Transport services as more particularly described in paragraph 3.4 of the accompanying report with a contract period of 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027 with an option to extend up to 31 August 2027 with a contract value of £788,766 based on a maximum 12-month term for the period 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2027; and

(2)  deemed the above decision urgent and not subject to the procedure for re-consideration.

Decision 10:

The Interim Director of Children Family and Education has

(1)  approved the direct award of a contract to ARK Community Transport Limited for Home to Adult Care Centre transport services as more particularly described in paragraph 3.4 of the accompanying report with a contract period of 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027 with an option to extend up to 31 August 2027 with a contract value of £680,977.50 based on a maximum 12-month term for the period 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2027; and

(2)  deemed the above decision urgent and not subject to the procedure for re-consideration.
