The Executive Resolved

That the Council pays Grant Thornton a sum of
£322,088 for their Value for Money report into historic
investment decisions at Woking Borough Council.

Reason: It is a legislative requirement for the
auditors to produce a Public Interest Report in circumstances where
they consider this to be necessary. The costs of this are over and
above the annual audit fee.
