Resolved

That (i)   the
proposed amendments to the Council’s Constitution, as set out
in Appendix 1 to the report, be approved; and

        (ii) the
Council’s Director of Legal and Democratic Services be
authorised to update the constitution with the changes set out in
Appendix 1.
