To serve a section 60 notice on RAP Kemp
Properties Limited to formally restrict the working hours for
construction noise audible at the site boundary at 145 Saunders
Lane, Woking, Surrey, GU22 0NT (former Briarwood
Nursery).

Reasons for the decision

To restrict the working hours by Notice to the
permitted times of;
0800hrs - 1800hrs Mondays to Fridays
0800hrs - 1300hrs on Saturdays
