That  (i)    the service charge accounts at Wolsey Walk for the period 2022-2025 should be formally closed;

          (ii)   instructions be given to the managing agents to write off the recommended sums; and

          (iii)  any resulting service charge shortfall (£174,688.81) should be made up by Woking Borough Council as freeholder as set out in the Part 2 report.

Reason: To enable the service charge accounts to be finalised and for historic debts, which have not been formally written off, to be addressed.
