Purpose

To write off outstanding debts on the Savills
Management Accounts relating to Wolsey Walk.

Content

The Executive Resolved

That  (i)    the service charge accounts at Wolsey
Walk for the period 2022-2025 should be formally closed;

         
(ii)   instructions be given to the
managing agents to write off the recommended sums; and

         
(iii)  any resulting service charge
shortfall (£174,688.81) should be made up by Woking Borough
Council as freeholder as set out in the Part 2 report.

Reason: To enable the service charge
accounts to be finalised and for historic debts, which have not
been formally written off, to be addressed.
