Purpose

To receive the draft Housing Revenue Account
estimates 2026-27 for the purposes of finalising proposals for
service.

Content

The Executive Resolved

That  (i)    the progress set out in
the report in preparing the draft Housing Revenue Account budgets
for 2026/27 be noted and provide any feedback to be incorporated
into the final budget proposals to be presented in February 2026;
and

         
(ii)   Managers, Corporate
Leadership Team and Portfolio Holders will continue detailed budget
preparation to inform final budget proposals for consideration by
the Executive in February 2026.

Reason: Consideration of these proposals will enable
the preparation of the Council’s Housing Revenue Account
(HRA) budgets for 2026/27 to proceed.
