To issue SCC with consent to carry out
additional noisy works out of hours, between 20.00hrs - 06.00hrs
from 7 - 12 July 2026

Reasons for the decision

To allow surfacing works to take place on the
highways at a time that minimises disruption to commuter traffic.
Issued on the understanding that the noisiest works will be
completed prior to 23.00hrs and residents will receive works
communication prior to the start date.
