Following public consultation, to approve the
adoption of the Thames Basin Heath Special Protection Area
Avoidance Strategy.

The Executive Resolved
That (i) the
consultation responses to the consultation on changes to the Thames
Basin Heath Special Protection Areas Avoidance Strategy
Supplementary Planning Document (SPD), together with responses from
officers and recommendations, as set out in Appendix 1 to the
report, be carefully considered; and
(ii) the revised Thames Basin
Heath Special Protection Areas Avoidance Strategy Supplementary
Planning Document in Appendix 2 to the report be
approved.
Reason: To help avoid harm to the Special Protection
Areas (SPAs) as a result of development.
