That  (i)    the provisional General Fund outturn position for 2025/26 as summarised in Section 5 of the report be noted;

          (ii)   the provisional Housing Revenue Account position for 2025/26 as summarised in Section 9 of the report be noted; and

          (iii)  the carry forward of unspent Capital budgets to 2026/27 for ongoing projects as summarised in Section 10 of the report be approved.

Reason: The decisions will enable the Council to meet its statutory duties in terms of reporting its financial position for the year. In addition, the carry forward of unspent capital budgets will enable schemes that are in progress to be completed.
