Purpose

To consider recommendations from Communities and Housing Scrutiny Committee on 24 March 2026 following the Committee's item of Urgent Business regarding Sythwood.

Decision

The Executive Resolved

That Officers be asked to work with Communities and Housing Scrutiny Committee Members to understand how best to apply the Scrutiny Committee’s proposals in practice and to come back to the Scrutiny Committee with specific proposals in the coming months.

Reason:  To consider the recommendations from Communities and Housing Scrutiny Committee.
