Purpose

To provide an update to the Shadow Executive on the Implementation Plan as part of regular reporting on the status of the LGR programme in Surrey.

Decision

RESOLVED That

(i)         progress against critical milestones and the overall programme assurance position be noted;

(ii)        the current programme risk profile and highest scoring risks be noted; and

(iii)        the latest Implementation Fund position be noted.
