Decision

The Council had before it a report on the recommendations from the Executive and the Audit and Governance Committee, setting out the extracts from the minutes of the meetings of the Executive held on 11 June and 9 July 2026 and the minutes of the meeting of the Audit and Governance Committee held on 18 June 2026.  In accordance with the Constitution, the recommendations were deemed to have been moved and seconded.
