The Shareholder Committee of Wokingham Council resolved on 30/07/2026 to be satisfied with the management of the group of companies. The committee noted updates on the consolidated provisional outturn position, Quarter Four Performance Data, 30 Year Business Plan working model, Community Benefit Society Conversion status, Housing Improvement Plan, and Development pipeline updates.

The Executive Member for Active Travel, Transport and Highways, Paul Fishwick, decided on 12/05/2023 to proceed with making the Wokingham Borough Council (Old Forest Road, Winnersh and Wokingham) (Revocation and 30mph Speed Limit) Order 2023. This decision implements a 30mph speed limit on Old Forest Road.

The Executive Member for Planning and Local Plan, Lindsay Ferris, decided on 19/04/2023 to submit Wokingham Borough Council's comments to the Government consultation on planning fees. The council agreed with proposed fee increases for planning applications and supported ringfencing the additional income for the planning department.

The council advocated for mandatory adoption of amenities by public authorities and an improved national framework for adoption.
