The Leader of the Council and Executive Councillor for Housing, Partnerships and the Local Plan, Stephen Conway, decided on 06/03/2026 to approve Wokingham Borough Council submitting comments to the government consultation on reducing the prevalence of private estate management arrangements. The decision was to advocate for mandatory adoption of amenities by public authorities and an improved national framework for adoption.

The Executive Member for Active Travel, Transport and Highways, Paul Fishwick, decided on 12/05/2023 to agree to proceed with making the Wokingham Borough Council (Old Forest Road, Winnersh and Wokingham) (Revocation and 30mph Speed Limit) Order 2023. This decision will introduce a 30mph speed limit on Old Forest Road.

The Executive Member for Planning and Local Plan, Lindsay Ferris, decided on 19/04/2023 to agree that Wokingham Borough Council submit the comments contained in Enclosure 1 as its response to the Government consultation on stronger performance of local planning authorities supported through an increase in planning fees.
