The Executive Member for Planning and Local Plan decided to approve the Local Planning Enforcement Plan 2024. This decision was made on 07/08/2024. The plan includes an improved layout, simplified language, a jargon buster, updated references, a simplified process flow diagram, clearer statements on discretion and proportionality, references to resource allocation, monthly ward member referrals, and amended appendices for assessing harm, record keeping, and new homes and management companies.
