- Noted the commencement of the Renters' Rights Act 2025 update and noted the Council's progress in preparing for implementation.
- Approved the proposed amendments to the Environment And Safety Enforcement Policy 2023 as attached Appendix A in Enclosure 1, to take effect from 1 August 2026.
- Approved the proposed Private Housing Enforcement Policy (2026) as attached at Appendix B in Enclosure 1, to take effect from 1 August 2026.
- Approved the proposed Private Housing Civil Penalties Policy (2026) as set out in Appendix C in Enclosure 1, to take effect from 1 August 2026.
