The Resources and Equality Scrutiny Panel examines how the council uses its human, financial, technical, and material resources to deliver services. The panel also scrutinises equality metrics such as the gender and ethnicity pay gaps, alongside operational performance indicators like customer service call wait times, sickness absence rates, employee turnover, and spending with local businesses.
