Purpose

A proposal to proceed with a Community Asset
Transfer of council property to Wolverhampton Sea Cadets.

Decision

1.     
That the Sea Cadets property at Springfield Road, Wolverhampton be
declared surplus to the Council’s requirements.

 

2.     
That a Community Asset Transfer to Wolverhampton Sea Cadets of the
premises currently used and occupied by them off Springfield Road,
Wolverhampton for a term of 35 years on full repairing and insuring
terms be approved.

 
3.   That authority be delegated to the Cabinet
Member for Governance and Equalities in consultation with the
Deputy Director of Assets, to agree Heads of Terms and approve the
lease in accordance with agreed Heads of Terms.
