Appointment of Impower Consultancy to support Adult Transformation Programme

Decision

1. Approved the allocation of up to £383,000 from the Sustainable MTFS Reserve to Adult Social Care and the establishment of supplementary budgets, to support Phase 4 of the Council’s partnership with Impower.
2. Noted that this approval will be subject to a Cabinet report in March 2025, which will detail the transformation partnership with Impower to date and the ongoing proposals. This report will seek approval for Phase 4 of the partnership with Impower.
