Purpose

To request approval for disposal of garages on
Pendeford Mill Lane to enable disposal of the land as per the
attached red line plan shown at Appendix 1.

Decision

Approved the disposal of the land
and property outlined in the report.
Authorised the Chief Operating
officer, or such other Authorised Officer to enter into and execute
all legal documents to put the above matter into effect.
