Purpose

To approve the Statutory Food Service Plan 2026-2027.

Decision

1. That the draft 2026 Food Service Plan attached at Appendix 1 to the report be approved.
2. That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member for Resident Services in consultation with the Service Manager for Environmental Health, to approve the final version of the Food Service Plan.
3. That the requirement to prepare a Food Service Plan be noted.
4. That the service’s key achievements for the year 2025 - 2026 be noted.
