Approved the award of a JCT contract for Domestic Retrofit to Broad Oak Properties Limited for the total value of £5,535,954for the period of 2 years and 1 month from 3 August 2026. This contract will cover the delivery of retrofit works in approximately 454 domestic properties in the City and in line with the ProcurePlus Framework.
