Delegated authority to approve the award of contracts.

Decision

1. That authority be delegated to the Deputy Leader: City Housing and Assets, in consultation with the Deputy Director of City Housing, to approve the award of a contract for City Housing Investment and Refurbishment Programme when the evaluation process is complete.
